Returns:
Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged
Digital downloads, cut yardage, clearance items.
Damaged Goods
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email us at stauffer@haloinspired.com to receive additional instructions. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Sometimes, especially with fabric, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item, give you a store credit, or a refund.
To return an item, contact us at stauffer@haloinspired.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
If it is determined that the product is defective, an RMA number will be issued with instructions for returning the product. An unauthorized return (a return without an RMA number) will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured in an approved shipping container. The original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping.

Refund or credit will be issued after item is received back, inspected, and found to be unworn, unused, and unstained. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
