Bargello Workshop
Instructor: Ann Czompo
Finished Quilt: Approximately 43” Wide x 33” High
A Bargello is a quilt made by sewing long, narrow strips of fabric together to create a wavy, tapestry-like design that appears to have movement. The technique is based on a 17th-century Florentine needlepoint embroidery style. These patterns look complicated, but they're actually a fine fit for beginning quilters. If you can sew a straight seam, you can do this! Ann, will guide us throw her favorite method to achieve this beautiful quilt!
